Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges of items ordered online please email info@vandgcollections.co.za; our friendly staff will deal with your request accordingly.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received the item. You’ll also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we will process it and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Where We Deliver:
V&G Collections delivers only to physical addresses within the borders of South Africa. There is no post office delivery service.
Shipping policy:
V&G Collections offers a Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00) delivery service. We do not deliver on weekends or on any public holiday in South Africa. We are not able to offer specific delivery times during the day.

Before discontinuing any products, V&G Collections conducts thorough research into their sales performance. We carefully evaluate the production costs to ensure we align with customer preferences while avoiding unsold inventory sitting in our warehouse.
